With Rita Saliba: A Transformational Advocate

Rita Saliba's journey from a successful banking career to a passionate advocate for children with autism and developmental disabilities is nothing short of remarkable. She holds a degree in Banking from Saint Joseph University in Lebanon and had a thriving career in banking before coming to the United States in 2007.

After her youngest son was diagnosed with autism, Rita's life took a new direction. She became deeply involved in advocacy, earning certifications in Special Education Advocacy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Self-Center Planning, and Self-Determination Support.

Rita's commitment to change didn't stop there. She recently graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Justice Studies and is pursuing a master's in Nonprofit Leadership and Management.

As the Executive Director of Blissful Seeds, Rita tirelessly works to create opportunities for contractors with special needs, integrating them as equal and productive members of their communities. Her journey is an inspiration, and her dedication is at the heart of Blissful Seeds' mission.
