Blissful Seeds is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit gift shop in Poway, San Diego — where adults with special needs create handcrafted art, build real careers, and find their place in the world.
Our Mission
Blissful Seeds turns the creative talents of adults with autism and developmental disabilities into real jobs, real income, and a real place in their community.

I started Blissful Seeds because of my son Michael, who has autism.
Watching him grow up, I began to see clearly what was waiting for him on the other side of school: a world with very few real places for people like him.
I knew hundreds of families in San Diego were facing the same fear.
Blissful Seeds is my answer.
A place where people with autism are not just welcomed. They are employed, paid fairly, and celebrated for what they create.

Every person in the Blissful Seeds studio has a role, a craft, and a career path — not a day program. We build real professionals.

Every sale puts money directly into the hands of the artist who made it. Talent has value here, and we prove it every day.

Financial Independence
Our program is built to give adults with developmental disabilities the income and confidence to stand on their own — reducing reliance on caregivers and parents, and replacing it with something far more powerful: self-sufficiency earned through their own work.

A Program For Life
Blissful Ventures, our flagship program is an 18-month vocational launchpad built around each artist's goals, schedule, and creative path — designed to grow with them for as long as they need it.
Our Retail Location
We didn't open a store. We built a future.
Blissful Seeds Retail Store
Come by and support our artists, we are located in the Twin Peaks Shopping Center at 14969 Pomerado Rd, Suite A, Poway, CA, 92064. The store is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm, Saturday from 10:30am to 5pm and soon open on Sundays
