Meet Our Teachers

Susan Young

A native San Diegan and a self taught artist, Susan's favorite mission is giving people smiles. She is an avid mountain biker and is blessed with the ability to make several trips a year to Baja Sur. She finds treasure and inspiration while shredding through the forest or strolling the beaches. She draws inspiration from nature, people, places, and patterns.

"Everywhere! If your eyes are open, you too can find it!"

Victoria

Originally from New Jersey, Victoria has a passion for creativity and working with others through art. She has led a variety of hands-on projects with both children and adults, including in summer camps, schools, and programs supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Her approach is warm, engaging, and focused on making art accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
She enjoys spending time outdoors—especially hiking, camping, and relaxing at the beach. Always eager to try something new, she brings a spirit of curiosity and joy to every creative experience she shares with others.

Dennis Miller

Hello! I’m Dennis Miller; an award-winning toy photographer bringing small-scale illusions to life through visual storytelling with action figures.

Growing up an only child with Cerebral Palsy, I developed a deep love for the toys (and stories) of the 80’s & 90’s. Now, I focus this love into creating high-quality toy art with the goal of (re-)connecting the magic of play with the child inside us all.
